My mission in life is to make the world a better place step by step. With a special place in my heart for creating a better and safe future for children, young people and people in a vulnerable position. I am a passionate and dedicated professional who combines working from the heart with working from the brain. With work experience in both the (inter)national commercial and non-profit sectors, I combine the best of both worlds in my work approach. People describe me as empathetic, sensitive, participatory, inclusive, analytical, pragmatic, hands-on, inspiring and proactive. I feel comfortable in different roles (manager, advisor, facilitator and coach) and can switch flexibly in those roles if necessary. My goal is to create impact and value. I strongly believe in the power of curiosity, openness, connection and dialogue. With a genuine interest in people, culture and growth, I have developed and managed international and national (change) projects, processes and teams, and advised on a wide range of topics within society (including ethics/integrity/diversity, equality, inclusion & belonging), people & culture, governance and legal domain (both in-house and as an external advisor). I also have extensive internal and external (individual and group) coaching and facilitation experience. What excites me: making the world a better place, multicultural and diverse teams and environments, change and development processes with a social aspect, social justice, human behavior and dynamics, transformation, ethics & integrity, work culture, well-being, diversity/equality /inclusion/belonging, empowering people to be the best they can be, human rights, personal development and governance.
